Delivery terms

🇭🇷 Delivery within Croatia

• We currently ship exclusively within the Republic of Croatia using GLS delivery service.
• Shipping is free for all items.

⏱ Delivery time:

• Standard delivery time is 2 to 3 working days from dispatch.
• Total order processing and delivery time is 2 to 5 working days.

📦 Notes:

• Delivery time begins 24 working hours after order confirmation.
• Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
• Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are not included in the delivery timeframe.
• During promotional periods (sales, holiday campaigns, etc.), minor delays may occur, which we will communicate in advance.

⏳ Special cases:

• Delivery to rural areas, islands, and Dubrovnik may take longer due to logistical limitations.

🚚 Address accuracy:

• The customer is responsible for entering the correct delivery address and being available to receive the shipment during the expected timeframe.
• If delivery fails due to incorrect address or customer unavailability, additional re-delivery charges may apply.

🌍 International delivery:

• While we currently ship only within Croatia, we plan to expand delivery to other regions in the future. Shipping rates and terms will be updated accordingly.
