Dispute resolution

0SIGNATURE d.o.o. respects your rights as a consumer and strives to resolve any dispute amicably. In the event of a misunderstanding, complaint or dispute related to a purchase through our web store, you can contact us via e-mail zero@0-signature.com or in writing to our headquarters address.

If it is not possible to resolve the dispute by agreement, the consumer has the right to initiate a procedure for alternative resolution of the consumer dispute (ARP). In accordance with the Law on Alternative Resolution of Consumer Disputes (Official Gazette 121/16), you can submit a complaint to one of the bodies authorized for ARP.

Also, in accordance with Article 14(1) of Regulation (EU) No. 524/2013, we inform consumers about the existence of the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform, available at the following link:
https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/

In the event of a court proceeding, the competent court in the Republic of Croatia with subject matter and territorial jurisdiction is the court with jurisdiction over the registered office of the trader.

Right to submit a written complaint

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, consumers have the right to submit a written complaint regarding a service provided or a purchased product.

You can file an objection:

  • by mail to the address: 0SIGNATURE d.o.o., Babićeva 8, Andraševec, 49243 Oroslavje, Croatia

In your complaint, please provide your name and surname, the address for delivery of the response, the order number and a detailed description of the reason for the complaint. We will respond to you in writing no later than 15 days from the date of receipt of the complaint.
