Return policy

The buyer has the right to return the purchased product within 14 days from the date of receipt of the shipment, without the obligation to state a reason.

To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:

  • be unused and unworn,
  • in original condition with attached labels,
  • in original packaging,
  • with an attached invoice or other proof of purchase.

The cost of return shipping is paid by the customer, except in the case where a defective or incorrect item was delivered.

Damage and problems

Immediately upon the shipment arrival, please carefully inspect the items you ordered. In case you notice any damage, shortage, wrong item or defect, please contact us without delay via e-mail: zero@0-signature.com. We will assess the situation as soon as possible and take all necessary steps to resolve the problem in your favor.

Returns

In case you want to exchange the product, we recommend the following procedure:

  1. Return the item you do not want to keep in accordance with our return policy.
  2. Once we confirm receipt and acceptance of the return, you can place a new order for the desired item.

In this way, you ensure the fastest and safest replacement of the product you want.

Right to unilaterally terminate the contract (EU)

Customers residing in the European Union have the legal right to cancel their purchase within 14 days, regardless of the reason. This right is valid without giving a reason, starting from the day you received your order.

To exercise this right:

  • the item must be unworn, unused and undamaged,
  • must have original labels and packaging attached,
  • a receipt or other proof of purchase is required.

The return procedure is carried out as in the standard return policy, and the right to a refund includes basic delivery costs (if paid), but not the cost of return postage, except in the case of damage or error on our part.

Refund

Once we receive the returned product and inspect it, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your refund is approved, the amount will be refunded within 10 business days via your original payment method.

Please note that banks and card companies sometimes need additional time to process and post the amount to your account.

If you have not received your refund within 15 business days from the moment we notified you of the approval, please contact us via e-mail: zero@0-signature.com so that we can check the status and expedite the process.
